Word Work

Per a request from Gideon, we are bringing back a joke/puzzle on word work days 😄



1. Complete word work (all days).
2. Comment "done" below AND answer to the joke/puzzle of the day.
3. I will ask you the answer to one or two questions. If you get it correct, you will get a GIF next word work posting. ⭐





Word work hints:

 Monday: #3 write the definition and and underline what made you think that (context clues)

 Tuesday: #1 smoosh "of the clock" together, use an apostrophe 

 Wednesday: #2 you do not need to capitalize clay, glaze or kiln. They are tools you use to make ceramics which is pottery.

 Thursday: #2 declarative ("I'm here!") interrogative ("What are you doing?!) imperative ("You have to do your homework!") exclamatory ("Happy Birthday!")
#5 synonyms = same, antonyms = opposites, homophones = same sound, different spelling, different meanings
